1. Our Services

GenZ Driving School provides professional driving tuition for learner drivers within the United Kingdom. Lessons are conducted by qualified and DVSA-approved instructors. We offer both manual and automatic lessons, depending on availability.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Lesson bookings can be made online via www.genzdriving.com, by email, or by phone.
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email from us.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the full lesson fee being charged.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
• Instructors reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, vehicle breakdown, or unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, no fee will be charged.

4. Student Responsibilities

• You hold a valid UK provisional driving licence.
• You are fit and able to drive and not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair your ability to drive.
• You will follow all instructions given by your instructor and drive safely.
• You must inform your instructor of any medical condition or disqualification that may affect your driving.
• Failure to meet these conditions may result in lesson termination without refund.

5. Instructor Rights

• Instructors may refuse or stop a lesson if they believe the student is unfit to drive.
• Instructors may rearrange lessons if there are safety concerns or vehicle issues.
• Instructors may provide feedback or suggest additional lessons if needed before taking the driving test.

6. Driving Test Bookings

• It is your responsibility to ensure the test is booked for the correct date, time, and test centre.
• Use of the instructor’s car for the test is subject to approval by the instructor and vehicle availability.
• The instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of their vehicle for a test if they believe you are not test-ready.

7. Pricing and Offers

• All lesson prices are clearly displayed on our website.
• Prices may vary by location, instructor, or vehicle type.
• Any promotional discounts or packages are subject to availability and may change without notice.

8. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure your safety, GenZ Driving School and its instructors will not be liable for:

• Any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your actions while driving.
• Any indirect or consequential losses related to our services.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Website Use

• You agree to use www.genzdriving.com only for lawful purposes.
• You must not attempt to access restricted areas, damage, or interfere with the site’s operation.
• We may provide links to third-party websites, but we are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with the UK GDPR.

11. Changes to Terms
